60 Watts Peak AM Power with SSB and Driver-Friendly Upgrades

The Superstar SS-686 brings back another familiar 10 meter radio design with a few upgrades that make it particularly well suited for a truck cab.

Based on the same basic platform as the Galaxy DX86V, the SS-686 adds an automatic dimming display and an upgraded noise canceling mic.

They also got a power boost, with up to 60 watts peak on AM and 40 watts on SSB.
