📦 What Qualifies for a Refund?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and unmodified products within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Batteries
- Used or refurbished products
- Items marked as non-refundable or clearance
- Incomplete products missing packaging, manuals, or accessories
- Products that have been modified, damaged, scratched, painted, written on, or altered in any way
- Custom products and labor services

📋 How to Return an Item
⚠️ Contact Us First! Before sending anything back, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us identify your package and process your return quickly.
You can reach us by phone, email, or through our contact form.
Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Contact us for an RMA number. Call us, email us, or use our contact form to let us know you're sending something back and why. We'll provide you with an RMA number to include with your return.
- Package your item carefully. Use the same packaging materials (or equivalent) that were used when the item was shipped to you. Include plenty of void fill and padding to protect the product during transit.
- Never apply labels directly to the product. Place your item in a shipping box, add protective packing material, and then apply your shipping label to the outer box only.
- Include your RMA number and a note. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and include a note inside explaining the reason for your return.
- Choose your preferred carrier. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives back to us in the same condition it was received. Improper packaging or labels applied directly to products may result in your return being denied.
❓ Packages Without Documentation
We receive many packages each day, and without proper documentation we have no way of knowing why something was sent to us or what you'd like us to do with it.
If we receive a package without an RMA number, a note, or any prior communication from you:
- The package will be set aside until we hear from you
- Processing will be delayed until we can identify the sender and purpose
- After 3 months without contact, unclaimed packages will be considered abandoned
To avoid delays, include SOMETHING that tells us why you're sending a package:
- An RMA number (preferred)
- A note inside the box explaining the issue
- Your name and order number written on the box
- An email or phone call letting us know it's coming
- Any documentation at all—just give us something to work with!
We want to help you, but we need to know who you are and what you need. A quick note or phone call makes all the difference!
🚚 Free & Discounted Shipping Orders
If your original order qualified for free or discounted shipping, please note that any refund issued will be reduced by the actual shipping costs we incurred to deliver your order. This ensures fairness for all of our customers.
🔧 Labor & Modifications
Labor charges are non-refundable. This includes all radio modifications and shipping costs.
If you've had us modify a product on your behalf—such as installing radio upgrades, changing lights, re-wiring microphones, or cutting custom cables, wires, or ground straps—these items are no longer eligible for a refund. Modified products are customized to your specifications and cannot be resold as new.
🛡️ Defects & Warranty
All products are warrantied against manufacturer defects for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Think something's defective? Here's what to do:
- Call us first! Many issues can be resolved over the phone with a few quick troubleshooting steps. We're here to help.
- If we determine the product needs to be returned, we'll give you an RMA number. Carefully package it in a secure shipping container and send it to our returns address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair or replace it based on your preference and how long you've had the product.
Shipping Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
Remember, we don't manufacture the products we sell. For additional support, repairs, or warranty assistance beyond 90 days, you may also contact the product's manufacturer directly.
