📦 What Qualifies for a Refund?

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and unmodified products within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives back to us in the same condition it was received. Improper packaging or labels applied directly to products may result in your return being denied.

Packages Without Documentation

We receive many packages each day, and without proper documentation we have no way of knowing why something was sent to us or what you'd like us to do with it.

🚚 Free & Discounted Shipping Orders

If your original order qualified for free or discounted shipping, please note that any refund issued will be reduced by the actual shipping costs we incurred to deliver your order. This ensures fairness for all of our customers.

🔧 Labor & Modifications

Labor charges are non-refundable. This includes all radio modifications and shipping costs.

If you've had us modify a product on your behalf—such as installing radio upgrades, changing lights, re-wiring microphones, or cutting custom cables, wires, or ground straps—these items are no longer eligible for a refund. Modified products are customized to your specifications and cannot be resold as new.

🛡️ Defects & Warranty

All products are warrantied against manufacturer defects for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Think something's defective? Here's what to do:

Shipping Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Remember, we don't manufacture the products we sell. For additional support, repairs, or warranty assistance beyond 90 days, you may also contact the product's manufacturer directly.
