Ranger RCI63FFC2 Description
UPDATED MODEL - only the faceplate is chrome - the case is now black. This change is from Ranger directly and we have no control of this
Ranger continues to be the leader in high output 10 meter radios, and the 63FFC2 is no slouch. Coming in at up to 250 watts PeP (BIRD) this monster will get out and touch someone. If you're the sort of person who wants to talk long range in style, look no further. The 63FFC2 competes directly with the Galaxy DX98VHP. Both radios use the same RF deck, so the performance is identical. The difference is mostly that of features and appearance. The Ranger 63FFC2 does not have a large meter like the Galaxy 98, nor does it the EL faceplate for subtle faceplate illumination. What it does have is a more intuitive, easier to use control scheme with features most driver's are looking for. If you don't want SSB, but still want the power, then choose this radio and stomp on the competition.
