Wont work with Stryker 655

Just spent 2 hours trying to program my 655... This cable that I got from Walcott has some issues, after downloading the correct driver I finally got the Stryker software to recognize the cable but it is flashing the Com port number every 5 seconds or so like it is not staying connected. After talking with Stryker it turns out that this cable will not work for my radio, Walcott should really look into this or maybe I just got a bad cable but Stryker says I need to use their cable (which is a lot cheaper btw) but it is on backorder at the moment... kind of a bummer... loving the radio though, I just want to put my handle on the LCD screen

Please be aware, the USB cable does work, however if you're using windows 11 there are tons of issues with compatibility and com port issues for all Stryker, Anytone, and President radios.
