The K-605 is a cooling fan kit that attaches to the rear of nearly any 10 meter radio and blows air across the radio's heatsink, lowering the temperature and keeping your radio from over-heating.These fan kits are held to the radio case with N52 Neodymium magnets and can be mounted to the top or bottom of the radio. There's a soft, rubber-like material over the magnets that protect the radio case from scratches or marring.
The switchable fans have settings, off, low, and high, so you can set the speed, or turn it off when it's not needed.
