The Connex 33HP-ATC combines the ever popular Connex 3300 with some new features. The biggest advances are the self adjusting display lights. The ADC sensor will dim the display lights if you're in a dark environment, so you don't have to manually turn down the dimmer control at night, and will brighten the display lights when it senses more ambient light. Connex has also added a robot voice and voice changing function to deepen your voice, similar to the old Galaxy DX99V.

Think of this as a Connex 3300 with automatic light dimmer and a few voice effects.Unless you want some voice effects and a nifty light sensor, there isn't much of a gain from a 3300 for less money. This model is recently release from Connex and at first glance appears to be a 3300, with a few differences. This is the only 10 meter radio that has a light sensor which will automatically dim the lights based on how bright or dark your surroundings are.
This radio also has a voice changer and robot voice, along with the standard echo. Features you could find on the older, classic, Galaxy DX99V.
Beyond these features, this radio is essentially a 3300 HP.
