Stryker's SR-955HPC radios have been a hit for years thanks to their excellent track record, high output power, and feature rich design. The newest SR-955HPC+ editions give you even more flexibility with 100 watts output, built-in CTCSS / DCS module for accessing repeaters, and the ability to receive 2 meter, marine radio, and emergency weather stations. Oh, and they still managed to cut a couple inches off the back.

Making this package all possible is the custom designed K-621 base conversion kit that is an all-in-one radio stand with DC power supply, speaker, and cooling fan all built-in. These are built in the US by a radio user like you, with an eye on offering convenient solutions in a compact package. Instead of having a big power supply, your radio, and an external speaker clogging up your radio shack you can get it all in a handsome package not much bigger than a shoebox.

These base kits come with a special insert that allows the cooling fan to blow directly over the SR-955HPC+ heatsink. Want to use a different full size radio? The insert pops out easily so you can use mount up a Stryker SR-497HPC, Connex 3300 or most other DX sized radios.
