  • Six Roger BeepsSix different roger beeps are included with the SR-655HPC. These are controlled using a switched that is located on the front panel of the Stryker CB radio. This is a feature that you will find on virtually no other radio direct from the factory. Most importantly you can create your own customizable roger beeps using our PC software and then load them on to the SR-655PHC's on board memory!.
  • Variable Power ControlAllows the operator to adjust or vary their carrier from a two watt to over 100 watts PEP.
  • Variable Talk Back ControlThe infamous talk back squeal is virtually eliminated with our independently controlled talk back circuitry. The Stryker CB radio operator can adjust the volume to the perfect level as operating conditions require. Best of all the user no longer has to turn down the microphone gain to stop the annoying squeal that is often the result of poor design or cost cutting at the production level.
  • Up-Armored ReceiverOur exclusive receiver protection works even under the harshest conditions, such as those experienced at a busy truck stop with many operators running high power radios. In addition our receiver filtering is tighter than most radios on the market. This means adjacent channel rejection is improved!

SR655HPC+ Technical Specifications

Important notes on power output

Measuring power output will vary depending on many variables. Our default test-setup consists of a 14-volt power supply, 50 ohm dummy load, and Bird wattmeter reading PeP (peak envelope power). If you are using different equipment, measuring RMS instead of PeP, or have an SWR reading different than shown, you may have different results. The following chart shows an example of power readings for this radio with changes to measurement variables. Final note, the Dosy meter referenced below is directly affected by the SWR readings in the antenna system. You may notice huge differences in power readings from subtle changes in SWR.
