Very noticeable improvement in reception
I was using an up-graded telescoping antenna much better than the antenna that came with the scanner and was getting good signals on most frequencies. After changing to this Spider antenna, everything came in much clearer and added 2 more weather channels. Also, now the scanner is picking up CB channels as well as my CB radio. I only gave it 4 stars because of the design. I think it should be designed so the radials screw into the base somehow. As it is now, they are just pressed in place with a rubber bushing and a bird could land on it and mess the whole thing up. Overall, it works very well.

WOW This Antenna made a 100% boost in signal reception im now hereing DX Transmissions from well over 270+ miles away!

Great customer support, particularly a guy named Ryan on the support team, he was very nice and defiantly a BIG help with a error that happened with my bank and got the antenna to me in a flash! And if i were his supervisor i would recommend him for a promotion!
