This package now includes the updated President Bill III FCC which adds President's new "P" Channels, 5 pre-programmed memory channels saved with an encoded FM frequency. This is great if you're travelling in a group with other President radios with the P Channels. You can all go to the same channel and block out any other CB chatter that isn't using the same coded information, making it much easier to communicate clearly with your group.

How to change the color:
1. With the radio off, hold in the CB/WX Alert Button. The radio turns on with color selection mode.
2. Use the channel up/down option on the microphone to select the color you want.
3. Key the mic to set the color.

A Great Package
This is a great package for obvious reasons. The Bill III is an amazing radio. Although it doesn't seems as sensitive reception wise as my Walker it does go places the Walker couldn't and the design is such that it is hard to beat for ease of use. If you aren't sure go to the President web site and look at the user manual. If you are starting out and just want an easy to use yet great radio it really is hard to beat. I was really expecting the included antenna to be a throw away item but it also preformed better than I expected. The fact this package includes a professionally installed cigarette power cord is just icing on the cake.
