You can change this radio's frequencies depending on the region your in by following these steps: 1. Hold P4 + FUNC key and turn on the radio 2. Hold the PTT button on the mic and using the channel knob set the radio to the following: -- Mode 1 : US Dualband HAM 430-440 & 144-148 MHz -- Mode 2: Expanded Mode: 400-490 & 136-174 -- Mode 3: EU Dualband HAM 430-440 & 144-146
