Alternative type mount
I bought a CB and GMRS radio to run in my pickup. Not many places to mount either let alone both. I was able to use this to bolt both together and sit on the hump. Would be perfect for just 1 radio, but my BTech 50V2 is as heave as 2 or 3 cb radios and it does fall over without some type of bungee when driving off road. Again I'm sure this isn't designed for how I'm using it, but is a great product.

I purchased this item in Aug 2007, and it is still holding strong in my rig.

I used it all through hunting season, while bouncing along on those rough back country roads. Never once did this unit allow my CB to slip, slide or move one inch. It looks good, its functional, and for the price it can't be beat!! I would highly recommend this product to anyone! Especially those not wanting to drill holes in a new/nice truck!!
